A trattoria,
in the proper sense.
Rustic, daily-fresh, unhurried — the kind of Italian dining that feels like home, because it’s cooked like home.
Con Noi means “with us” in Italian — and that’s what we wanted to build. A place where you arrive a guest and leave family.
A trattoria isn’t a restaurant in the formal sense. It’s where Italian families went on a Wednesday lunch, where the menu bent toward whatever came in fresh, and where you sat long enough that someone would refill your glass without you asking.
That’s what we cook for at Con Noi. Pasta rolled in the morning. Ragùs that have been simmering since the alarm clock went off. A pizza oven that never quite cools down. Wine that pairs with the day you’ve had.
Tucked into Camberwell Road, we serve a neighbourhood that has made us its own — couples on date night, families across generations, the after-work crew, the long-lunchers. Every one of them, we hope, leaves a little fuller in every sense of the word.

How we cook,
and why.
Made Fresh Daily
Pasta rolled, cut, and shaped on the marble each morning. Ragùs simmered for hours, sauces built from scratch.
Sourced with Care
Mussels from Port Arlington, crab from Fraser Island, prosciutto and parmigiano from the regions they're named for. We pay attention.
Generous, Always
The Italian table is for sharing. Order plenty, pass the bread, pour the wine. Stay a little longer than you planned.
